Jeannie Elizabeth Grant, 77, of the Piney Grove Community in Cherokee passed away Monday, February 5, 2018.

She is survived by five children, Billy & Tonya Rattler, Michael & Bridget Rattler, Julie & Kevin Alford, Thomas & Leandra Miller, and John & Billy Jo Miller; 3 step children, Ernest Grant, Maria Grant, and Michael Grant; 5 Step Grandchildren; 2 sisters, Susan Hicks and Geneva Stegall; several nieces and nephews also survive.

Jeannie was preceded in death by her loving husband, Raymond Grant; Brothers, Ross & Daniel Everhart; one Great Grandson, Jediah Blake Miller.  

Visitation will be held on Wednesday, February 7, 2018 from 7 pm until 9 pm at Long House Funeral Home.  Funeral services will be held on Thursday, February 8, 2018 at 2 pm at Long House Funeral Home.  Burial will follow at the Grant Cemetery.  Pallbearers will be among family and friends
